burglary; he has filed a personal restraint petition as well. He contends the court erred because (1) his pleas were not knowing,
intelligent, and voluntary; (2) there was an insufficient factual basis to support the pleas; (3) he had ineffective assistance
of counsel; and (4) the State did not fulfill its part of the bargain. We affirm the trial court and deny Mr. Ness' personal
restraint petition.
