Charles Hackett has filed a personal restraint petition challenging the sentence imposed following his conviction for solicitation to deliver cocaine. Hackett was originally ordered to serve a term of community placement in addition to a prison sentence of 75 months. Hackett contends the sentencing court exceeded its statutory authority by imposing a 75-month prison sentence and the term of community placement. The State concedes the court acted without authority in sentencing Hackett as it did. We accept the States concession of error and grant the petition in part.
