Statutory references to the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code are either to N.M.S.A. 1978 or to N.M.S.A. 1978 (Supp.1978). A variety of contentions are presented. Compare Lynch v. We discuss: (1) right to appeal; (2) mootness; (3) notice; (4) quantum of proof; (5) propriety of the commitment order as to mental disorder, serious bodily harm and least drastic means; and (6) stay pending appeal.
